After worked in France, Switzerland, USA, the young chef , Christophe Billau come back in his original state. He will propose you a gastronomic “cuisine” with fresh produce well select. In 2011, our chef have been promoted 'Young Talent of the state Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur" , in 2012 this is the Michelin guide who as promoted us with the "Bib Gourmand" and now since February 2014, our chef took a Michelin star.
